At Distressy, we are committed to the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Given the unique circumstances surrounding our merchandise, particularly the hygiene-related necessities of our face masks, we have implemented the following refund policy:

All Sales Are Final: We stand behind the quality and value of all our products. However, due to the personal nature of our masks and for the safety of all our customers, all sales are final. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot accept it back for a refund or exchange, except in certain exceptional circumstances outlined below.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects: We take great pride in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by substantial evidence of the defect. Upon approval, a return or exchange will be processed.

Wrong Order Fulfillment: If we made an error in fulfilling your order, such as shipping the incorrect item, we sincerely apologize and will correct the mistake. Please report the error within 7 days of receipt, and upon confirmation of our mistake, we will process a return or exchange.

To initiate a return under these conditions, please contact our Customer Service Team at distressyuk@gmail.com with your order number and detailed information regarding the issue. The team will then guide you through the return process.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
